For my busy life and family, meal planning is non-negotiable because there are just so many benefits! Not only will you be able to make healthier choices, meal planning saves you money, and a lot of time, reduces food waste (no more buying produce you’ll never use), encourages mindful eating, and reduces stress!
The alternative to NOT meal planning is swinging through the nearest fast-food drive-thru, throwing a frozen pizza in the oven, or wasting trips to the grocery store.
