The Irish track cycling team – and officials for the track and road – for the Paris Olympics have been unveiled, in their newly minted kit for the biggest sports event in the world.

Mia Griffin, Lara Gillespie, Alice Sharpe and Kelly Murphy have been selected to ride the team pursuit, with Erin Creighton as reserve for the team event.

And in the omnium, Gillespie has gotten the nod for Ireland after some fantastic results of late. Gillespie will also compete in the madison, with Alice Sharpe.

The Cycling Ireland officials have also been named for Paris, including performance analyst Laura Ostler, track coach Dan Henchy, team manager Iain Dyer, road sports director Martyn Irvine and physio Dee Quinn.

Best of luck to all of them!
