The helmets, designed for teens, were available in sizes small and medium and came in a variety of colors, including blue, pink, purple, green, and black. Each helmet features black padding, black straps, a black and red buckle, and the brand name “NQDTPBOR” printed on the side. The helmets were sold on Amazon from May 2024 through August 2024 at a price of approximately $23.
Consumers who purchased the recalled helmets are advised to stop using them immediately and contact Tpbor, the manufacturer, to arrange for a refund. To receive a refund, consumers must send a photo of the helmet with the straps cut to [email protected]. Both TPBOR and Amazon are reaching out to all known purchasers to inform them of the recall and provide instructions for the refund process.
