This Unbound weekend, IRC made a significant impact by unveiling seven new tires at their booth during the event. These tires include four gravel-focused models and three road tires, expanding their lineup to cater to a broader range of cyclists.

New IRC Gravel Tires

Boken G-Claw 700x50c

The Boken G-Claw introduces a 700x50c gravel tire designed for riders who prioritize speed, grip, and durability across varied terrain. With its low-profile center tread and aggressive shoulder knobs, it provides a combination of rolling efficiency and cornering grip. This tire is ideal for rough or loose terrain and is built with a 120 TPI casing, reinforced sidewalls, and a high-grip rubber compound. It weighs 610 grams and retails for $65.

Boken Pro 700Gemels

The Boken Pro 700x47c features a smooth center tread with moderate shoulder knobs, emphasizing speed and durability. This tire caters to smooth gravel or mixed terrain rides, balancing paved and unpaved surfaces. It comes with a 120 TPI casing, tan walls, and is hookless compatible. It weighs 510 grams and is priced at $65.

Boken Doublecross Light TLR

The Boken Doublecross Light is a lighter version of the existing Doublecross, offering a 120 TPI casing and tan walls. It features a knobby tread pattern focused on efficiency and cornering grip. With reinforced sidewalls and IRC’s high-grip rubber compound, it’s available in 700x38c and 42c sizes, weighing 470g and 505g, respectively. It retails for $65.

Boken Light TLR

The Boken Light is a lighter iteration of the Boken tire, featuring a diamond tread pattern for low rolling resistance and cornering grip. It uses a 120 TPI casing and includes a puncture-resistant belt. Available in 700x36c and 40c sizes, it weighs 430g and 460g, respectively, and is priced at $65.

Formula Pro TL RBCC

The Formula Pro TL RBCC is IRC’s fastest tubeless road tire, offering a 9.97% reduction in rolling resistance and 82% improved wear resistance. It features RBCC technology and RB ceramic particles for enhanced durability. Available in 700x25c, 28c, 30c, and 32c sizes, it weighs between 270g and 360g and is priced at $65.

Formula Pro TLR S-Light

The Formula Pro TLR S-Light is a lightweight tubeless-ready tire, weighing 50-60g less than the RBCC. It uses a 120 TPI casing and requires sealant. Available in 700x25c, 28c, 30c, and 32c sizes, it weighs between 220g and 300g and is priced at $65.

Formula Pro Tubeless X-Guard

The Formula Pro Tubeless X-Guard adds puncture resistance with IRC’s X-Guard technology. It’s designed for durability and flat protection, available in 700x25c, 28c, 30c, and 32c sizes. It weighs between 305g and 405g and is priced at $65.
